Once approved, our craftspeople engrave your memorial on premium polished granite or marble. Standard production is 7–14 business days.
We coordinate pickup or delivery to your cemetery, church, or family plot — anywhere in Jamaica. You receive a final photograph of the completed stone.

Because each Lydian memorial is personalized with a photo, name, dates, and tribute message created specifically for your family, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Before any stone is engraved, you will receive a digital proof for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully check spelling, dates, names, and the photo placement. Once you approve the proof in writing, we begin engraving and the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.
You may cancel or request changes only before you approve the final proof. After proof approval, the order is considered final and no cancellation or refund will be issued.
Our standard terms require a 50% deposit to begin design work. Once the deposit is made, the remaining balance is due before delivery and within 3 days of the final invoice being sent — whichever comes first. The deposit is non-refundable once the digital proof has been prepared.
We take great care in packaging every memorial. If you believe the stone arrived physically damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damage. We will review the situation and, if damage is confirmed, repair or replace the stone at our discretion.
