1. Promotional Period

The Lydian Memorial Referral Promotion is valid through December 31, 2026.

2. Referral Reward

Lydian Memorial will pay J$5,000 for each qualifying referral.

3. What Qualifies

A referral qualifies when:

• A new customer is referred to Lydian Memorial during the promotional period.
• The customer identifies the person who referred them when placing the order.
• The customer places a qualifying headstone order.
• The customer pays for the order in full.
• The completed headstone is delivered to the customer.

4. Payment of Referral Reward

The J$5,000 referral reward will be paid within thirty (30) days after the qualifying customer's headstone has been delivered, provided the order has been paid in full.

5. Unlimited Referrals

There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals an eligible person may make during the promotional period. Each separate qualifying customer may earn the referrer an additional J$5,000.

6. One Referrer Per Customer

Only one referrer may be credited for each qualifying customer. The customer must identify their referrer when placing the order.

7. New Referrals Only

The promotion applies to customers referred during the promotional period. Referral rewards cannot be claimed retroactively for existing or previously placed orders.

8. No Self-Referrals

Customers cannot claim the referral reward for referring themselves.

9. Cancelled or Refunded Orders

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid, partially paid, or undelivered orders do not qualify for a referral payment.

10. Currency

All referral rewards are paid in Jamaican Dollars (JMD).

11. Verification

Lydian Memorial may verify the qualifying order, payment, delivery, customer, and referrer before issuing the referral reward.
